The Israeli Ambassador to the Philippines, HIS EXCELLENCY ILAN FLUSS, invited Special Deputy Collector Dr Siegfred L. Manaois of the Paircargo Assessment Composite Division, Port of NAIA Bureau of Customs, to the 77th Independence Day celebration of Israel held at the Fairmont Hotel in Makati City, last May 22, 2025.

The Embassy of Israel, through Head of Administration and Consul Moti Cohen, commended the Trade Facilitation Program of Paircargo NAIA, which had been praised by numerous multinational companies and diplomatic missions for its outstanding customs clearance processing that resulted in the speedy release and delivery of vital cargoes.

The Enhanced Trade Facilitation Plan of Paircargo is in line with the Five Point Program of Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio and is under the direct supervision of District Collector Atty Maria Yasmin Obillos-Mapa.
