The Bureau of Customs – Ninoy Aquino International Airport (BOC-NAIA), under the leadership of District Collector Alexandra Y. Lumontad, held a dialogue with the BOC Employees Association (BOCEA)-NAIA on September 4, 2025, at the NAIA Customs House.

The meeting, led by BOCEA-NAIA Chapter President and Paircargo Assessment Chief Dr. Siegfred Yeye Manaois, provided a platform to tackle employees’ concerns, improve internal coordination, and discuss programs initiated by the association in support of staff welfare.

According to BOC-NAIA, the engagement also served to strengthen cooperation between management and employees in sustaining port operations and improving overall service delivery.
