Fresh from being recognized by Customs Commissioner Ariel F. Nepomuceno for Clark’s remarkable feat of consistently beating its revenue collection targets from January to June 2026, Reyes wasted no time in delivering a powerful message to his workforce.
At the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, the no-nonsense district collector made one thing crystal clear: victory is never about one person—it is about one united team fighting for one mission.
His battle cry was simple but carried the weight of six months of undeniable success:

That slogan is no empty catchphrase. It has become the driving force behind one of the Bureau’s strongest-performing ports, proving that discipline, unity, and accountability can produce extraordinary results.
While other offices struggle to meet expectations, Clark continues to deliver, exceeding government revenue targets month after month and reinforcing public confidence in the Bureau of Customs’ reform agenda under Commissioner Nepomuceno.
Collector Reyes also challenged every Customs employee not to become complacent. He reminded them that every collection milestone reflects the dedication, professionalism, and integrity of the men and women serving the Port.
