The Bureau of Customs – Ninoy Aquino International Airport (BOC-NAIA) conferred a Certificate of Commendation to the brave men and women of the Paircargo Assessment Composite Division for their exceptional dedication and commendable performance that led to the surpassing of their September 2025 collection target.

The Division posted a collection of ₱2.171 billion, exceeding its monthly target by ₱23.323 million or 1.07%, a milestone achievement that reflects the team’s integrity, hard work, and unwavering commitment to public service.

The commendation was personally led by Port of NAIA District Collector Alexandra YLumontad and Special Deputy Collector Dr. Siegfried L. “Yeye” Manaois, who both lauded the team’s discipline, professionalism, and consistent adherence to the Bureau’s mandate under the leadership of Customs Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno

In his message, Dr. Manaois praised the collective effort behind the Division’s success, emphasizing that “the achievement of the Paircargo Assessment team proves that dedication and teamwork can overcome challenges and deliver results beyond expectations.”

Collector Lumuntad, meanwhile, commended the team’s vital role in maintaining BOC-NAIA’s reputation as one of the country’s top-performing ports. “This success is not just a number—it is a testament to your integrity and perseverance in ensuring that every shipment is processed efficiently and lawfully,” she said.

The commendation reflects BOC-NAIA’s continuous drive to meet and exceed its revenue targets while upholding transparency and efficiency in customs operations.

The Certificate of Commendation symbolizes the Bureau’s recognition of the Paircargo Assessment Composite Division’s exceptional service and its vital contribution to national revenue generation.
