#BOCPortAnniversary | The Bureau of Customs proudly extends its greetings to the Bureau of Customs – Port of Subic on the celebration of its 32nd Founding Anniversary this June 2025. Since its official establishment in 1993 as Collection District XIII through Customs Administrative Order No. 8-93, the Port of Subic has played a critical role in strengthening the country’s trade and customs operations. Now under the leadership of District Collector Noel C. Estanislao and with the guidance of Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio, the Port continues to advance customs modernization and trade facilitation in line with national priorities. One of its recent milestones is the successful signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Bureau of Customs and the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) on April 10, 2025, further formalizing cooperation within the Subic Freeport Zone. As it marks 32 years of service, the Port of Subic reaffirms its commitment to efficient service delivery, responsive border management, and stakeholder-driven reforms, continuing to build a trusted and progressive customs environment for the Filipino people and the global trading community.
